This page contains the terms and conditions for the use of this Website ("Terms and Conditions"). Please read the Terms carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use this Website and the Services. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Information about the Website This Website, in its general section and also in its user section, contains information about hotels, flats, properties and other forms of accommodation, tours, travel services, transfers, events, schedules, information about the Organiser and other information related to the services provided by the Organiser.

The User irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Funchal, Madeira and waives any right to oppose an action in these courts.

13 General Provisions

If any of these Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, they will be deleted and the remaining Conditions will remain in force. The headings are for reference purposes only. If we fail to act on a breach of these Terms by you or others, this does not constitute a waiver of our right to take action in respect of subsequent or similar breaches.
